Welcome to a Party Weekend at "Kiplin Fest",
Our story begins as our dear friend Claire is approaching her 40th or 30th, or 21st again ??? birthday.
This is a private party for our friends & - friends of friends & the Musicians only!
This was the initial invite, some of which we got sent out last year! & our new poster
When? Friday the 24th & Saturday the 25th May 2024
For only £20 per person
- £20 per person- please could we request that tickets are purchased by the 14th May to allow us to plan the site & toilet facilities
- Bring your own beers & food
- BBQs & attended camp fires allowed- please ensure these are raised so the grass is not scorched
- Wild Camping available (no hook up unfortunately as we can not provide it for all)
- There will be portaloos for your convenience
- A glam up area for the ladies with mirrors & a hairdryer
- We are Dog Friendly
- We have running cold water
- Whats on - Friday
Arrive from the afternoon to pitch camp
Music starts from 7.30/ 8 ish until late

The day is free to explore the many local Yorkshire tourist attractions
(eg Kiplin hall which is a 5 minute walk away)
Or just 'bask in the sunshine' (we hope!)
Then we have an evening of music to entertain you.

The Small Print
- You enter at your own risk, please take care not to trip over, fall into fires or drink to excess

- This event is being held where part of the area is an active building site- as such it is not suitable for small children- so sorry.
- Dogs allowed on site- but keep under close control as we are in a farming area, there maybe vehicle movement and gates will be open to allow Musicians to enter & leave
- Please take your rubbish away (as we do not have pick ups yet)
- We do not have sewage connected - so if you have a portaloo- please take it back with you to empty
The Sad Bit
Claire's Father died on the 21st March 2024
He had already booked his train tickets & a hotel to be able to attend the party
He would have had a ball & we will do so in his memory!!!
We will be making a charity donation after the event in his memory. If there are any left over funds from the party tickets these will be added to the donations.
We will send the money to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance
